The Auto Pause feature lets you temporarily stop all Auto DM activity without unlinking posts, deleting your account, or disconnecting Instagram.
It’s designed for creators, influencers, and businesses who want to pause DM automations across multiple posts for a set period, then resume them automatically — saving time and keeping your automation setup intact.
When Auto Pause is enabled:
All active Auto DMs are paused for the selected time period.
Once the pause period ends, DM sending resumes automatically — no need to re-link posts or re-enable automations.
All your linked posts, reels, and stories remain connected in the system.
This avoids the hassle of deleting accounts, changing passwords, or manually unlinking dozens of posts just to stop automations temporarily.
Open the Sidebar in the ReplyRush dashboard.
Click on Auto Pause.
Toggle the Enable Auto Pause option ON.
Select the pause duration (how long you want Auto DM to stop).
Click Save to activate.
Quickly stop Auto DMs for all posts without unlinking or deleting anything.
