Broadcast allows you to send the same direct message to multiple Instagram users from your selected account. You can create a message, send it immediately, schedule it for later, or save it as a draft for future use.
This feature also helps you track the performance and status of each broadcast, including sent count, delivered count, seen count, failed count, and more.

## How to Create a Broadcast
1. Go to **Sidebar → Broadcast**.
2. Click **Add Broadcast**.
3. Enter a **Broadcast Name**.
4. Create your message content.
5. Choose how you want to proceed:
- **Send Now**
- **Schedule**
- **Save as Draft**
📌 Tip: Use a clear broadcast name so you can easily identify it later in the broadcast list.
## How to Send a Broadcast Now
1. Open the **Broadcast** feature.
2. Click **Add Broadcast**
3. Enter the **Broadcast Name**.
4. Add your message content.
5. Review everything carefully.
6. Click **Send Now** to send the broadcast immediately.
✅ Your message will be sent to eligible recipients from the selected account.
## How to Schedule a Broadcast
1. Open the **Broadcast** feature.
2. Click **Add Broadcast**.
3. Enter the **Broadcast Name**.
4. Add your message content.
5. Choose **Schedule**.
6. Select the **date and time**.
7. Confirm the schedule.
✅ Your broadcast will be sent automatically at the selected time.
## How to Save a Broadcast as Draft
1. Open the **Broadcast** feature.
2. Click **Add Broadcast**.
3. Enter the **Broadcast Name**.
4. Add your message content.
5. Click **Save as Draft** instead of sending it.
✅ This is useful when your broadcast is not ready yet and you want to finish it later.
## How to Manage the Broadcast List
After creating a broadcast, you can view all broadcasts in the **Broadcast Table**.
From this table, you can see details such as:
- **Broadcast Name**
- **Platform**
- **Status**
- **Scheduled At**
- **Sent At**
- **Total Recipients**
- **Sent Count**
- **Delivered Count**
- **Seen Count**
- **Failed Count**
- **Click Count**
- **Failure Reason**
You can also perform quick actions from the list:
- **Edit** the broadcast
- **Delete** the broadcast
- **Cancel** a scheduled or active broadcast
- **Retry** a failed broadcast
- Use **Quick Send** to send immediately or schedule directly from the list
## Broadcast Status Filters
You can filter broadcasts by status to find them faster.
Available statuses include:
- **All**
- **Draft**
- **Scheduled**
- **Processing**
- **Sent**
- **Completed**
- **Failed**
- **Cancelled**
## Important Note
A broadcast can only be sent to eligible recipients. If no users are currently within the **24-hour messaging window**, the broadcast may fail or show no eligible recipients.

- Keep your broadcast message short, clear, and action-focused.
- Use a recognizable broadcast name for easier tracking.
- Double-check message content before sending or scheduling.
- Schedule broadcasts for the most relevant time for your audience.
- Review failed broadcasts and retry them if needed.
- Check the broadcast table regularly to monitor performance.
