Step 1: Open Client Connection Request
Navigate to the Client Connection Request section from the sidebar.
Step 2: Choose a Request Type
• You’ll see two available request types:
• Reauthorize Existing
• Attach New Account
• Reauthorize Existing
Use this option when a connected Instagram account or Facebook Page has been detached or requires reauthorisation.
A. Connect via Instagram
You’ll see a list of your Detached Instagram Accounts.
Select the Instagram account you want to reauthorise and Click the Reauthorise button.
Enter the client email address and click send.
• The client will receive a secure reauthorization email.
• The client opens the email, clicks the provided link, and completes the Instagram authorization process.
Once completed successfully, the Instagram account will automatically reconnect to your workspace.
Note: You can only reauthorise the detached Instagram account displayed in the list. You cannot use the link to authorise a different Instagram account.
B. Connect via Facebook
Select the Facebook page you want to reauthorise.
Click the Reauthorise button.
Enter the client’s email address and Click Send.
The client receives a secure reauthorization email.
The client opens the email and completes the Facebook authorization process.
Note: You can only reauthorise the detached Facebook Page shown in the list. You cannot use the link to authorise another Facebook Page.
Option 2: Attach New Account
Use this option when your client wants to connect a new Instagram account or Facebook Page.
• You’ll see two connection options:
• Connect via Instagram
• Connect via Facebook
A. Connect via Instagram
Select Connect via Instagram.
Click the Attach button.
Enter the client email address and Click Send.
The client receives a secure attach account email.
The client open the email, clicks the provided link and Instagram account they want to connect.
After successful authorization, the new Instagram account is attach to your workspace.
Note: The number of Instagram accounts you can attach depends on your current subscription plan.
B. Connect via Facebook
-Select Connect via Facebook.
Click the Attach button.
Enter the client email address and click Send.
The client receives a secure attachment email.
The client opens the email and authorizes the Facebook Page they want to connect.
Once the authorization is complete, the Facebook Page is automatically attach to your workspace.
Note: The number of Facebook Pages you can attach depends on your current subscription plan.

• The Client Connection Request feature allows clients to securely request account reauthorization or attachment without needing their login credentials.
• Securely reconnect disconnected accounts.

5. Does the client need a ReplyRush account?
No. The client only needs to open the secure email link and complete the authorization process.
6. Is the connection secure?
Yes. Every request uses a secure authorization flow, and ReplyRush never asks clients to share their passwords.
