How to Create a Flow

1. Navigate to Flow Automation
   From your ReplyRush dashboard, go to Sidebar → Flow Automation.

2. Click “Create New Flow Automation”

   • Found at the top-right corner.

   • Give your flow a clear name (e.g., “Product Info Sequence”).

3. Set Trigger Type

   • Choose when the automation starts:

     • All Comments

     • Keywords

     • @Mentions

4. Configure Options

   • Enable Send Once to avoid duplicate replies.

   • Add Delay Time between messages if needed.

   • Turn on additional features:

     • Comment Auto Reply

     • Engagement Starter

     • Email Collector

     • Follow-Gated DM

5. Add DM Steps

   • Create multiple messages (up to 25).

   • Each DM can be a Media Template, Simple Text Message, or Quick Reply.

   • Add custom delays (e.g., send the next DM after 1 minute or 24 hours).

6. Save Flow

   • Click Save to make the flow available for attachment.

🔗 How to Attach a Flow to an Existing Post

1. Open Posts/Reels

   • Select the Instagram/Facebook post.

   • Go to Attach Flow → Automation Posts.

2. Choose Flow Automation

   • Under Active Flows, select the automation you want to enable.

3. Select Flow

   • From the dropdown, pick the flow you created earlier.

4. Save & Activate

   • Save your changes and activate the automation.

✅ Now, whenever someone comments or triggers your keyword on that post, the selected flow will run automatically.

📅 How to Attach a Flow to Future Posts Automatically

1. Go to Flow Automation

   • Open Flow Automation → Find Automation Code → Copy Code.

2. Enable Auto Attach

   • Paste the copied automation code into the description of your future post or reel.

3. Publish Post

   • Once your post goes live, ReplyRush will automatically attach the selected flow.
