How to Purchase a Paid Plan or DM Credits in ReplyRush

ReplyRush offers flexible paid plans and DM credit top-ups so you can scale your automation based on your needs. You can subscribe to a recurring plan (monthly or yearly) or purchase Pay As You Go DM credits that never expire.

This guide explains how to subscribe, view your options, and understand DM credit pricing.

 

Step 1: Open the Pricing Page in Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your ReplyRush account: https://app.replyrush.com

  2. From the sidebar, click Pricing Plan.

  3. You will see three main options:

    • Monthly Plans – Billed every month.

    • Yearly Plans – Billed once a year (with savings over monthly pricing).

    • Pay As You Go – Purchase DM credits that never expire.

 

Step 2: Subscribe to a Monthly or Yearly Plan

  1. On the Pricing Plan page, choose Monthly or Yearly at the top.

  2. Review the available plans:

    • Free – Limited features and DM credits.

    • Lite – For small-scale automation needs.

    • Boost – For higher-volume campaigns.

    • Max – For maximum automation capacity.

  3. Click Subscribe under your chosen plan.

  4. Enter your payment details and confirm the subscription.

  5. Your plan will activate instantly, and your included DM credits will be added to your account.

Step 3: Purchase Pay As You Go DM Credits

DM credits are one-time purchases that never expire and can be used with any plan — including the Free, Lite, Boost, or Max plans.

To purchase DM credits:

  1. In the Pricing Plan section, select Pay As You Go.

  2. Choose your desired DM credit tier from the list below.

  3. Click Buy Now, complete payment, and the credits will be added instantly.

What Are DM Credits?

DM credits are the currency used for sending automated messages via ReplyRush.

  • 1 DM credit = 1 message sent to a user.

  • Credits are deducted whenever an automation sends a message to a user.

 

When Are DM Credits Used?

  • Comment-to-DM automation

  • Story reply automation

  • Keyword triggers

  • Follow-gated DMs

  • Any message sent via an automation flow

 

Do DM Credits Expire?

No. Pay As You Go DM credits never expire. You can use them at any time, even months after purchase.

 

Are DM Credits Shared Across Accounts?

Yes — as long as they are under the same ReplyRush account, your DM credits can be used across all connected Instagram profiles.
