Member Access allows account owners to invite team members into ReplyRush and control exactly what they can access. You can assign selected Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, and feature permissions so members only see and use the tools relevant to their role.

This helps teams collaborate securely while keeping account access organized and limited to approved areas only.

# How to Invite a Member

1. Go to **Sidebar → Team Members**.


2. Click **Add Team Member**.


3. Enter the member’s **name** and **email address**.


4. Select the **Instagram accounts** and **Facebook pages** the member should access.


5. Choose the **features and routes** the member can use.


6. Click **Invite Team Member** to send the invitation email.


📌 Tip: Use a clear name and correct email address so the member can recognize and accept the invitation quickly.

## How to Assign Account and Feature Access
When inviting a member, you can define two types of access:

### Connected Account Access
Choose which Instagram accounts and Facebook pages the member can work on.

### Feature Access
Choose which ReplyRush features the member can open and use.

If a feature is not enabled for the member, they will not be able to access it from their sidebar. This helps you keep permissions limited and secure.

📌 Tip: Only enable the accounts and features the member actually needs.

## How Members Accept an Invitation
1. The member opens the invitation email received in their inbox.
2. They click **Accept Invitation**.


3. They are redirected to the member sign-in page.


4. They set their password.
5. After logging in, they can access the accounts and features assigned by the account owner.

## How to Manage Existing Members

After inviting a member, you can manage them from the **Members** section.

From here, you can:
- Search invited members by **name** or **email**

- Edit member details or permissions


- Delete members if access is no longer needed


- Resend invitations if the member has not accepted yet


- View **Activity Log** details such as action, browser, device, IP address, and more




## Access Features
After accepting the invitation and setting their password, members can log in and access only the features, accounts, and permissions assigned by the account owner.
This means members can work only inside the allowed areas of the ReplyRush account. If a feature or route has not been enabled for them, it will not be available on the member side.

### Current Limitations
- If you cannot access the sidebar features, but the main user can use them, such as **Email Collector**, **Engagement Starter**, **Follow Gated DM**, **Suggest More**, and **Comment Auto Reply**, then you will experience limitations on the member side.

- In this situation, members will not have access to those sidebar features. However, members can still view posts, reels, stories, and other modules shown in the configuration.```
