Meta Permissions Checklist for ReplyRush

To ensure that ReplyRush works properly, you need to confirm that the correct Facebook and Instagram permissions are enabled. Missing or incorrect permissions can prevent Auto DM, Comment Auto Reply, and other features from working.

Follow the checklist below to verify your permissions:

 

Permission Check #1 – Page Settings

  1. Go to Facebook.com.

  2. Navigate to Your Facebook Page → Settings → Linked Accounts → Instagram.

  3. Check if there are any errors or warnings.

    • If yes, follow the prompts to fix them.

    • If no, continue to the next step.

 

Permission Check #2 – Meta Business Suite Settings

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite.

  2. Check the dashboard for errors or warnings related to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

  3. If any are found, fix them before proceeding.

 

Permission Check #3 – Business Manager Settings

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager Settings.

  2. Navigate to Pages → Select your Page → In the People column, select your name → Ensure you have Full Control enabled.

  3. Repeat this process for Instagram Accounts:

    • Select your Instagram account.

    • Select your name and turn on all permission toggles.
