Monthly DM Send Limit in ReplyRush

Monthly Sends define how many Direct Messages (DMs) you can send in a calendar month. Your allowance depends on the plan you’re on.

 

Monthly send limits by plan

  • Free — 1,500 DMs/month

  • Lite — 7,500 DMs/month

  • Boost — 40,000 DMs/month

  • Max — 400,000 DMs/month

When does the counter reset?

The monthly counter resets at 00:00 on the 1st day of each month (based on your account’s timezone). If your local timezone doesn’t match what you expect, adjust it in your account settings or contact support.

 

What happens if I hit the limit?

  • Auto DMs pause until your allowance resets on the 1st.

  • To avoid interruptions, you can:

    • Upgrade your plan for a higher monthly limit.

    • Buy Pay-As-You-Go DM Credits (they never expire) to keep sending immediately.

 

Tips to stay on track

  • Keep an eye on usage from your dashboard.

  • If you’re planning a big campaign or expecting a viral spike, top up with DM Credits in advance so you don’t stall mid-campaign.
