Random Messages can help you:

How to Enable Random Messages in Global Triggers

5. Configure Your First Message

Go to the Message section and create your first message variant.

6. Add More Message Variants

Click Add New Message to create another Random Message variant.

How It Works

When a user activates your Global Trigger:

1. A user comments, mentions your account, uses a configured keyword, or performs another supported trigger action.

2. ReplyRush checks the conditions configured in your Global Trigger.

3. If **Random Messages** is enabled, ReplyRush randomly selects one of the saved message variants.

4. Only the selected message is sent to that user.

5. The next user who activates the same trigger may receive a different message from the same Random Messages list.

This keeps automated responses more varied while maintaining the same overall campaign objective.
