Stuck on the Email Verification Screen in ReplyRush?

If you’ve clicked the Verify Email link but still see the verification banner or your account remains locked asking you to verify your email, don’t worry — this can be resolved in just a few steps.

 

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Force Logout and Log Back In

  2. Try a Private/Incognito Window

    • Open a private/incognito browser window and log in to your account.

    • If this works, it means your browser cache or cookies may be causing the issue.

  3. Clear Cache and Cookies

 

Haven’t Received the Verification Email?

If you didn’t get the verification email:

  • Send an email from your registered email address to support@replyrush.com.

  • Mention that you haven’t received the email verification.

  • Our team will manually verify your account for you.
