## Before You Start
Make sure:
1. Your Instagram account is connected to a Facebook Page.
2. Instagram sharing to Facebook is enabled.
3. When Upload a new Instagram post or reel:
• Turn on Share to Facebook Page.
• Enable Automatic Sharing to Facebook in the sharing options.

This allows Instagram content to be available for Facebook automation syncing.

# How to Use Sync with Facebook

1. Choose post/reels you need to sync with facebook

2. Turn on the **Sync Automation to Facebook Page Post** toggle.

3. Configure your trigger type and message template.

4. Save your Post/Reels.

The automation will be linked to both Instagram and Facebook Page post.

2. Click **Link** or **Edit**.

3. Enable **Sync Automation to Facebook Page Post**.

4. Configure:
• Trigger Type

• Message Template

5. Click **Save**.

Automatically link the same posts/reels to Instagram and Facebook Page posts/reels, saving setup time.

Upcoming Post
Steps

1. Go to **Upcoming Post** from the sidebar.

2. Add a new upcoming post or edit an existing one.

3. Enable **Sync Automation to Facebook Page Post**.

4. Configure:
• Trigger Type

• Message Template

5. Click **Save**.

Purpose
Automatically create and prepare automation for both Instagram and Facebook upcoming posts.

Flow Automation
Steps

1. Go to **Flow Automation** from the sidebar.

2. Add a new flow or edit an existing flow.

3. Enable **Sync Automation to Facebook Page Post**.

4. Configure:
• Trigger Type

• Message Template

5. Click **Save**.

6. Open the **Posts/Reels** section and click a post to attach flow button.

7. View all created flows and use the **SYNC POST** toggle on then attach or detach posts.

Purpose
Automatically create or update Facebook Page flow automation whenever Instagram flow automation is created or modified.
