How to Set Up upcoming Post Automation

  1. Log in to your ReplyRush account: https://app.replyrush.com

  2. From the sidebar, click upcoming Post.

  3. Click Add New upcoming Post Automation.

  4. Set up your preferences:

    • Trigger Type – Choose from All Comments, Specific Keywords, AI Trigger, or Share to DM.

    • Keywords – If using keyword triggers, enter your keywords (comma-separated).

    • Message Type – Select Media Template, Simple Message, or Quick Replies.

    • Additional Settings – Enable options like Comment Auto Reply, Sendback, or Exclude Keywords if needed.

  5. Click Save to confirm.

  6. Repeat this process for each upcoming automation rule you want to create (up to 10).
