Enable Messages on Instagram
If your Instagram messages are disabled, ReplyRush won’t be able to send or receive DMs. Follow the steps below to ensure your account is set up to allow message access.
Enable via Instagram Web or App

Open the Instagram app and go to your Profile.

Tap the ☰ (menu) icon on the top-right, then go to Settings and privacy.

Scroll down to Messages and story replies.

Tap Message controls.

Enable Allow access to messages.

Once enabled, go back to ReplyRush and click the [Check again] button to confirm.
Enable via Facebook Page (Desktop)

Go to your Facebook Page.

Click Settings.

-
Go to Linked Accounts.

-
Click Instagram.

-
Toggle on Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox.

Once enabled, return to ReplyRush and click the [Check again] button.
