How to Check Facebook and Instagram Permissions for ReplyRush

To ensure that ReplyRush works properly, you need to confirm that the correct Facebook and Instagram permissions are enabled. Missing or incorrect permissions can prevent Auto DM, Comment Auto Reply, and other features from working.

Follow the checklist below to verify your permissions.

Permission Check #1: Facebook Page Settings

  1. Go to Facebook.com.

  2. Open your Facebook Page.

  3. Navigate to Settings → Linked Accounts → Instagram.

  4. Check for any errors or warnings.

    • If you find any, follow the on-screen instructions to fix them.

    • If there are no errors or warnings, continue to the next check.

Permission Check #2: Meta Business Suite Settings

  • Open Meta Business Suite.

  • Review the dashboard for any errors or warnings related to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

  • Check for any additional alerts or issues related to your connected accounts.

  • If any errors or warnings appear, resolve them before proceeding.

Permission Check #3: Meta Business Manager Settings

  1. Open Meta Business Manager Settings.

  2. Navigate to Pages and select your Facebook Page.

  3. In the People column, select your name and make sure Full Control is enabled.

  4. Repeat the process for Instagram Accounts:

    • Select your Instagram account.

    • Select your name.

    • Turn on all available permission toggles.
