Media Attachment in DM Types

Media Attachment allows you to send files directly in DMs using Image, Video, PDF, or Audio. This feature is available across multiple Instagram and Facebook automation areas in ReplyRush.

🛠️ How to Use Media Attachment

  1. Open the Posts & Reels page from your ReplyRush dashboard.

  2. Go to the Message - Media Attachment section.

  3. Select Media Attachment from the available message types.

  4. Click the upload box labeled Upload Image, Video, Audio or PDF.

  5. Choose the file you want to attach.

  6. Review the media in the DM preview panel on the right side.

  7. Save the settings and activate the automation or reply flow.

Image Attachment

  1. Maximum file size: 10 MB

  2. Best for sharing product photos, promotional creatives, banners, and other visual content

Video Attachment

  1. Supported formats: MP4, MPEG, MPG, MOV, WEBM

    Maximum file size: 25 MB

  2. Best for sending product demos, tutorials, explainer videos, and promotional clips

PDF Attachment

  1. Supported format: PDF

    Maximum file size: 25 MB

  2. Best for sharing brochures, catalogs, price lists, guides, and other document-based information

Audio Attachment

  1. Supported formats: AAC, WAV, M4A

    Maximum file size: 25 MB

  2. Best for sending voice notes, recorded instructions, greetings, and personalized audio messages
