Why aren't all Facebook pages listed when connecting to a page?
New Facebook Page or Instagram Account Not Showing in ReplyRush
If your new Facebook Page or Instagram account is not appearing in ReplyRush after connecting with Facebook, the issue may be caused by the permissions you previously granted to ReplyRush.
When you first connected ReplyRush to Facebook, you may have selected only specific Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts. If you later try to connect another Page or Instagram account, Meta may continue using your previous permission settings.
If you simply click Continue without editing these permissions, the new Facebook Page or Instagram account may not be shared with ReplyRush.
Follow the steps below to update your permissions and select the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Step 1: Open the ReplyRush Dashboard
Log in to your ReplyRush account and open the Dashboard from the sidebar.
Click Connect with Facebook to start the connection process.
Step 2: Edit Your Facebook Permissions
When the Meta/Facebook permission window appears, do not simply click Continue and complete the connection.
Select:
Continue → Edit Settings
This allows you to change which Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts ReplyRush is allowed to access.
Step 3: Select the Facebook Page You Want to Connect
In the permissions screen, select:
Opt in to current Pages only
Then select the Facebook Page you want to connect to ReplyRush.
Make sure the Page you want to use with ReplyRush is checked before continuing.
Step 4: Select the Instagram Account
If your Facebook Page is connected to an Instagram account, make sure the corresponding Instagram account is also selected in the permissions.
This is especially important when adding a new Instagram account that was not selected when you originally connected ReplyRush.
Make sure both the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account are selected before continuing.
Step 5: Allow All Required Permissions
After selecting the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account, grant all required permissions requested by Meta.
Do not disable required permissions, as missing permissions may prevent ReplyRush from accessing your Page, Instagram account, messages, comments, or other required features.
Continue with the connection after confirming the permissions.
Step 6: Check ReplyRush
Return to ReplyRush and check your connected accounts.
The newly selected Facebook Page and Instagram account should now appear in ReplyRush.
Why Does This Happen?
Meta remembers which Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you selected when you previously granted ReplyRush access.
For example, if you originally gave ReplyRush access to:
Facebook Page A → Instagram A
and later want to connect:
Facebook Page B → Instagram B
simply clicking Continue during the Facebook connection process may continue using your previous selection.
To add the new account, select Edit Settings and manually select the new Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Still Can't See Your Account?
If you selected the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account in Meta's permission screen but the account still does not appear in ReplyRush, contact ReplyRush Support and provide:
Your Facebook Page name
Your Instagram username
A screenshot showing the permissions you selected
A screenshot showing what you see under Connected Accounts in ReplyRush
Providing these details will help our support team investigate the issue faster.
