Add an Instagram Account Not Listed in ReplyRush

If you are trying to add an Instagram account to ReplyRush but it does not appear in the list, follow these steps to make sure your Instagram account is properly connected through your Facebook settings. This ensures your account is visible when logging in to ReplyRush via Facebook's business integration.


⚠️ Important (Try This First)

The most common reason is that your Instagram account isn’t linked to a Facebook Page.
As per Meta requirements, your Instagram must be connected to a Facebook Page (not a personal Facebook account).

To fix this:

  1. Go to your Facebook PageSettingsLinked AccountsAttach Instagram Account.

  2. Once linked, return to ReplyRush, click Login with Facebook, and your Instagram account should now appear in the dropdown.

If this doesn’t solve it, continue with the steps below.


1. Facebook Settings

  • Go to Facebook.com or open the Facebook App.

  • Navigate to Settings & PrivacySettings.

  • Select Business Integrations. (Or click here)


2. Find ReplyRush

  • Locate ReplyRush in the list of business integrations.

  • Click View and Edit next to ReplyRush.


3. Select Accounts

  • In the popup, scroll down and select both the Instagram account and Facebook Page everywhere they appear.

  • Make sure all checkboxes are ticked where your accounts are listed (this could appear 3–7 times).

  • If this step is skipped, your Instagram account will not appear in ReplyRush.


4. Retry in ReplyRush

  • Go back to ReplyRush.

  • Try adding your Instagram account again using Login with Facebook.
