Suggest More in ReplyRush

The Suggest More feature lets you share additional products, services, or links with users who have already interacted with your automation.
For example — if a commenter receives a DM about one product, they can tap the “Suggest More” button to instantly get more options, like similar items or related offers.

This feature is perfect for upselling, cross-selling, and showcasing variety that the user might not have discovered on their own.

How to Activate Suggest More (Globally)

  1. Log in: https://app.replyrush.com

  2. From the sidebar, click Suggest More.

  3. Configure the settings:

    • Automatically Enable on New Post – Turns Suggest More on for every new linked post/story.

    • Enable for Already Linked Posts/Stories – Apply Suggest More to all current linked posts/stories.

    • Button Title – Text that appears on the button (e.g., “See More Products”, “Explore More”, “More Like This”).

  4. Add the Suggest More DMs — these can include multiple cards with images, headlines, and links to similar or related products.

  5. Click Save to apply the settings.


How to Enable Suggest More on a Specific Post or Story

  1. From the sidebar, go to Posts/Reels or Stories.

  2. Find the post/story → click Link (or Edit if already linked).

  3. In the Options section, toggle Suggest More ON.

  4. Save your changes.

Note: Suggest More works only with Media Templates — it’s not available for Simple Message or Quick Replies.


How It Works

  1. A user comments and triggers your automation.

  2. They receive your main DM about the original product/service.

  3. The DM includes a “Suggest More” button.

  4. When the user clicks this button, ReplyRush sends additional cards with more products, variations, or offers.
