If you’ve added new trigger keywords in ReplyRush but they’re not saving or showing up, it’s often because the final confirmation step was missed. Follow this guide to make sure your trigger words save correctly every time.
1. Adding a Keyword
Navigate to the Trigger section when setting up your automation (Post, Reel, Story, or Global Trigger).
Select Keyword Trigger as your trigger type.
Click into the keyword input field.
Type your new keyword.
Press the
ENTER
orRETURN
key – this is important.Once saved, the keyword will appear below the input field. This confirms it’s been successfully added.
2. Editing a Keyword
In ReplyRush, keywords cannot be directly edited.
To make a change, delete the old keyword and then add the corrected one again using the same process above.
3. Deleting a Keyword
Below the keyword input field, you’ll see a list of all saved keywords.
Click the red cross (✖) next to the keyword you want to remove.
4. Don’t Forget the Final Save
After adding or deleting keywords, scroll down and click the Save button to confirm all changes. If you skip this step, your updates will not be applied.
💡 Pro Tip:
If your keywords are showing below the input field but Auto DM still isn’t triggering, double-check:
