This means your Instagram account has restricted third-party tools (like ReplyRush) from sending or receiving messages via the Instagram API.
đ§ How to Fix It: Enable DM Access on Instagram
To ensure ReplyRush can send automated DMs, update your Instagram messaging settings:

Open Instagram
Log in through the mobile app (recommended) or a browser.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon
Select the â° menu (three lines) in the top right
Choose âSettings and privacyâ

Open Messaging Preferences
Scroll to âMessages and story repliesâ
Find the section titled âHow people can reach youâ

Enable Access for Connected Tools
Look for a toggle such as âAllow access to messagesâ or âConnected toolsâ
Make sure this option is turned ON
Once enabled, ReplyRush will be able to send automated DMs in full compliance with Instagramâs API policies.
