Hey 👋
If you’re seeing an error preventing you from posting public replies (comments) through ReplyRush, don’t worry—it’s a temporary block, and we’ll explain how to handle it.
Why This Happens
Instagram enforces rate limits on how many public replies (comments) an account can send within a short period. While Instagram doesn’t disclose the exact limits, here’s what we know:
If your account exceeds the hidden limit, Instagram may temporarily block your ability to comment.
These blocks usually last 3 to 7 days before normal activity is restored.
The block is more likely to occur if the same comment is repeated across many posts or reels.
How to Prevent This Issue
To keep your account safe while using ReplyRush’s Public Reply (comment) automation, follow these best practices:
1. Pause Comment Auto Replies if Blocked
If you’ve already been rate-limited, stop using Comment Auto replies for a few days until the restriction is lifted. (Replyrush will Automatically Stop for 24 hours)
2. Limit Usage
Use Comment Auto DM on selected Posts only, not on every automation.
3. Add Variety to Responses
Set up 3–5 different versions of your comment so Instagram sees variation instead of repetition.
4. Keep Automation Unique
Avoid reusing the same reply across multiple automations. Each campaign should have its own set of responses.
5. Be Careful with Viral Reels
If a reel is gaining fast traction (500+ comments quickly), consider disabling public replies for that post to avoid triggering Instagram’s limits.
Stay Safe, Stay Visible
By following these tips, you’ll significantly reduce the risk of hitting Instagram’s temporary comment block. And remember—ReplyRush is here to help you stay compliant while maximizing your visibility.
